Multicom Entertainment Group ("Multicom", "we", "our", "us") respects the privacy of ourusers and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protectingyour privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices, including your choices regarding thecollection, use, and disclosure of certain information, including your personal information.We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our website or servicesor transacting business with us. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
In General: We may collect both personal information that can identify you, such as yourname and e-mail address, and other information that cannot be used to identify you. Whenyou provide information through our application or website, the information may be sent toservers located in the United States and other countries around the world.
Information You Provide to Us: Your name, e-mail address, address or postal code, payment method(s), and telephone number. We collect this information in a number of ways, including when you enter it while using Multicom, if you choose to offer a program for sale or rental on Multicom, if you choose to buy or rent a program on Multicom, and if you choose to view a program on Multicom, via a subscription or otherwise.

Information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, account settings (including preferences set in the "Account" section of our application), or otherwise provide information to us through Multicom's service or elsewhere.

Information about your interests and activities, your gender and age, and other demographic information.

Use of Cookies and Other Technologies to Collect Information: We may employ various technologies, including cookies, to collect information from your computer and about your activities on our site and third party sites on which we display ads or serve our video player.

Information Collected Automatically: We may automatically collectinformation from your browser when you visit our website. Why Use Cookies/Advertising Identifiers?

Essential Cookies: These cookies are strictly necessary to provide orwebsite or online service. For example, we and our Service Providers may usethese cookies to authenticate and identify our members when they use ourwebsites and application so we can provide our service to them. They alsohelp us enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and maintain thesecurity of our service.

Performance and Functionality Cookies: These cookies are not essential,but help us to personalize and enhance your online experience withMulticom. You may still see Multicom ads on your device, but they will not be tailoredto your likely interests.

"Do-Not-Track" Signals: At this time, we do not respond to Web browser "do not track"signals; however, we reserve the right to respond to Web browser "do not track" signals inthe future.

Web Beacons and Other Technologies: Web beacons (also known as clear GIFs orpixel tags) often work in conjunction with cookies. We and our Service Providersmay use them for similar purposes as cookies, such as to understand and enhancethe use of our service, improve site performance, monitor visitor traffic and actionson our site, and understand interactions with our marketing (including e-mailaddresses and online ads on third party sites). Since web beacons often work inconjunction with cookies, in many cases, declining cookies will impair theeffectiveness of web beacons associated with these cookies.

Additional Information: We use other technologies that are similar tocookies, such as browser storage and plugins (i.e. HTML5, IndexedDB, andWebSQL). Mobile App: Our apps (e.g. for iOS, tvOS, Android, etc.) do not use cookies, but mayuse tracking technology to, for example, authenticate you as a registered user, allow you to use the app's features, and help us understand how our apps are being used.You cannot opt out of mobile tracking technologies, but you may delete your appsand use the web versions of our services instead.

Information Collected by Third-Parties: We may allow third-parties, including ourauthorized service providers, advertising companies, and ad networks, to displayadvertisements on our site. These companies may use tracking technology, such ascookies, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements.This information allows them to deliver targeted advertisements and gauge theireffectiveness.

Network Advertising Initiative: Some of these third-party advertising companiesmay be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative,which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies(NetworkAdvertising.org). Please Note: While we do offer you the option to store your credit or debit cardpayment information to make future purchases easier, we do not store the actualcard number or related personal financial information. Rather, that information isprovided to a third party for secure storage, and we use a secure "token" associated with that information to facilitate your purchase. These tokens do not includepersonal financial information. All personal financial information required tocomplete your purchase will be securely collected and provided to a third partyvendor who will process payments and complete transactions.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We want you to understand when and with whom we may share personal or otherinformation we have collected about you or your activities on our website or while using ourservices.
Personal Information: We understand how highly our users value the privacy and securityof their personally identifiable information. We do not share your personal information withothers except as indicated below or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to optout of having your personal information shared. Disclosure(s) to Licensor: If you choose to make a purchase, the Licensor (asdefined in our Terms of Service) will receive your e-mail address and the Licensormay choose to send you e-mails regarding both your purchase and informationabout the Licensor's other products and services. We have no control over aLicensor's activities with respect to communications with purchasers. We do notdisclose any of your personal financial information to Licensors.

Other Situations: We also may disclose your information:

In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or arequest for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency;to establish or exercise or legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legalobjection or right available to us, in our sole discretion.

In the event Multicom goes through a business transition, such as a merger,acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or inthe unlikely event of a bankruptcy. Any personally identifiable information wehave on record will likely be among the assets transferred. The transferredinformation will remain subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy or anysubsequent updated versions.

Please Note: Any third parties to whom we may disclose personal information may havetheir own privacy policies which describe how they use and disclose personal information.Those policies will govern use, handling and disclosure of your personal information oncewe have it shared with those third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. Aggregated and Non-Personal Information: We may share aggregated and non-personalinformation we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it withthird parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our websites and on websites ofthird parties. In General: You can request access to your personal information or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information we hold about you. You can most easily do thisby visiting the "Account" portion of our service, where you have the ability to access andupdate a broad range of information about your account, including your contactinformation, your Multicom payment information, and various related information aboutyour account. You must be signed in to access the "Account" section. You may also requestthat we delete personal information that we hold about you. Please also see the "YourChoices" section of this Privacy Statement (found below) for additional choices regardingyour information.

Please Note: We may reject requests that are unreasonable or not required by law,including those that would be extremely impractical, could require disproportionatetechnical effort, or could expose us to operational risks such as free trial fraud. Wemay retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations,including to honor your choices, for our billing or records purposes and to fulfill thepurposes described in this Privacy Statement. We take reasonable measures todestroy or de-identify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longerrequired.

Closing an Account/Unsubscribing: If you are a subscriber of our service, you also maychoose to close your account and/or unsubscribe at any time. After you close your accountand/or unsubscribe, you will not be able to sign into our website or access any of yourpersonal information; however, you may resume your subscription at any time. Interest-Based Ads: Internet-based ads are online based ads that are tailored toyour likely interests based on your use of various apps and websites across theInternet. If you are using a browser, then cookies and web beacons can be used tocollect information to help determine your likely interests. If you are using a mobiledevice, tablet, or streaming media device that includes an advertising identifier,then that identifier can be used to help determine your likely interests. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS
In General: When you create an account and register with Multicom, we will send you awelcome e-mail that includes information about both our service and your account. If youmake a purchase, we will send you an e-mail containing information about your purchase.In addition, you may also request to receive periodic emails from us notifying you aboutnew or upcoming Multicom products or services. If you later decide you no longer wish toreceive these periodic e-mails, you may follow the opt-out procedures as instructed withineach e-mail. Be advised, however, that you may not opt-out of receiving e-mails from usrelated to your purchases, technical support requests, or regarding updates to our Terms ofService or Privacy Policy.
Forgot Login Information: If you forget your account login information, you may requestthat we send it to the e-mail address associated with your account.

In General: Multicom may be provided through and/or utilize features (such as voicecontrols) operated by third party platforms, or contain links to sites operated by thirdparties whose policies regarding the handling of information may differ from ours. Forexample, you may be able to access Multicom's services through platforms such as gamingsystems, smart TVs, mobile devices, set top boxes and a number of other Internetconnected devices (defined in Multicom's Terms of Service). These websites and platformshave separate and independent privacy or data policies, privacy statements, notices andterms of use, which we recommend you carefully read. In addition, you may encounterthird party applications that interact with Multicom's service, which will also have separateand independent privacy or data policies, privacy statements, notices and terms of use,which we recommend you carefully read.

CHILDREN
In General: Use of Multicom is restricted to individuals 13 years of age or older. We do notknowingly collect, store, use, or disclose any information regarding children under 13 yearsold. We will only knowingly collect, store, use, or disclose any information regardingchildren older than 13 but younger than 18 with the consent of the child's parent orguardian. In the event we are informed that we have unknowingly collected information incontravention of these policies, we will immediately delete that information from oursystems.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
In General: We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changinglegal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will provide notice of such changes(including when they will take effect) in accordance with law.
